Prices and specs must be verified

• Confirm the current quote: price per yard, ton, bag, or visit, plus delivery minimums, access constraints, and return policy.
• Confirm measured area: length, width, and depth taped on site, with beds and obstacles subtracted.
• Confirm product facts: bag volume, seed rate, emitter flow, roll coverage, and rock density from the label or spec sheet.
